Free Little Food Pantry

At CCRC we seek to follow the example of Christ as he fed the hungry. We know that tough times befall all of us at some point or another and we don’t want any of our neighbors to go without something to eat. So, our Free Little Food Pantry is open to ALL who are in need. You’ll see our cheerful little yellow pantry right as you pull into our parking lot at 7823 Hicks Rd. in Baldwinsville. Please take as much as you need and contact us if you have a greater need and we will make sure you’re taken care of from our pantry stock. We also typically have basic hygiene products and can provide baby essentials as needed. Don’t hesitate to ask. We promise never to ask you for anything in return.

Comfort Closet

At CRC we take the example set in Matthew 25:35-40 seriously. With our Comfort Closet we provide clothing for children at local schools who are in need. We do this through a partnership with Goodwill’s Good Neighbor program which seeks to help non-profit organizations establish and supply clothing closets in their communities. “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’” -Matthew 25:35-40
